About RDA

Regional Development Australia (RDA) is a national network of 55 communities made up of local leaders who work with all levels of government, business and community groups to support the development of their regions.

In Queensland, RDA is a partnership between the Australian Government and consists of 12 RDAs.

Each region has a committee of local members developing local solutions to local issues. They build partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders to develop strategies and deliver sustainable infrastructure and services to their regions.

Find out more about the RDA network, or contact your local RDA committee at Regional Development Australia.

Queensland RDAs working together

The Digital Work Hub Project began as a collaborative initiative of five RDAs – Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Logan & Redlands, Gold Coast, and Brisbane – but has now expanded to include all 12 Queensland RDA regions.

We are working together to share our resources, maximise outcomes and build engagement between a wide range of stakeholders to facilitate a Digital Work Hubs and coworking spaces network across Queensland.
